Maybe you have been searching for happiness and you don't have any idea where to start with. Here we are going to discuss some tips where you may start searching.

Firstly, you should know that happiness do not exist if you are not ready for it. You are your own happiness and its a good idea if you will start taking initiations right from yourself.

Making someone else smile can become a nice way for you to be happy. If you can make someone smiles in that he will feel better, feel younger and all the attributes related to happiness, then basically you will feel better about yourself.

Take a walk. Walking burns calories and increase your blood circulation. It also increase your brain function and help in sugar regulations not to forget the relieving of PMS symptoms.

Try eating natural foods and those which are from plants. These kinds of foods let you feel good and leave you with less fat and psyching your morale.

Start reading. Reading help you in focusing. It also help in acquiring knowledge responsible for building self esteem. It also increase the way of thinking and function of the brain.

Start communicating with best friends. Communicating help you relieve some of the burdens which has been burning in you and therefore it will be a good idea share as friends are there for us.

You should also try spending with sometimes with a person who is over 70 years of age of age or one of less than 6 years of age. The knowledge and wisdom you will obtain from old person will make you stay agape while the sweetness and simplicity of a baby will show you how simple joy means.

Playing more games is also of great value. This tend to increase your brainstorm abilities and thinking rational and statistically.

For the last one, just get know what life is all about and enjoy the ride. You should leave the regrets aside and make sure that you live to the maximum.
