Chances are if you are looking for ways to stop emotional eating, it is because you or someone you care about has a problem with food. I wish we could be meeting under better circumstances. But I'm glad we met because I just might be able to help.

About a year ago, I ended up researching the Internet for solutions to my habit of eating for emotional comfort. I had experienced many difficult life circumstances and leaned on snacks to comfort myself. Too many pounds later, I realized I had an issue I needed to change and began searching for methods to control my emotional eating.
