Studies show that at least an hour of physical play is as effective as a small dose of antidepressant, which makes playing the sport beneficial from those who are suffering from depression and anxiety. The more you play, the more your body releases endorphin, the hormones responsible for a happier mood.

It also improves your social skills. Since this is a group effort, you will be able to mingle with others as you think of effective strategies to defeat the opposing team. There are also bigger chances of meeting new friends during camp activities.

It also burns calories and fight out obesity. Since you are always running and moving, being at a camp is just like having a workout, only much more enjoyable. Over countless times a lot of obese people have found a way to slim down without too much pressure simply by having a sport.

It also develops muscle strength. Lacrosse requires the use of both hands and feet during the day. Every time you brandish your stick in an attempt to capture the ball, you are working on your arm muscles. All those running will also tone legs. This is a great way to look good without too much effort.

Indeed, joining camps and clinics are good and spendthrift ways to being healthy. Go ahead, choose the one that you like and join their camp activities. You do not only have fun, you also get healthy. Nothing is greater than that.
