The Zen Of Living In Fear

By Evan Sanders

The greatest adventure of your life is calling.

This adventure could change the course of your life drastically.

What would it take to answer that call even if you were scared?

If you could go on an adventure that was truly out of your control, that would take you into unknown lands and put you up against unknown obstacles, but would change you for the rest of your life would you take that chance? Would you have the guts?

Winston Churchill once famously claimed, "To improve is to change; to be perfect is to change often."

Imagine going on the greatest journey of your life that was rooted in the fact that you were going to morph and change every single day. You would discover new things about yourself endlessly, constantly bring new and exciting people into your life and dive into the caves of your heart you've never entered before.

To live a life full of growth, change, and expansion would be to live a fulfilled life scraping up against what you are actually capable of.

Fear. Fear is the only thing that is going to stop you from moving forward. What could you do with your life if you weren't so afraid? Could you step out of your old story of "not being good enough or not having enough" and really make a serious change for the better? If you could, you could change it all.

Stop running from your fears and life will continue to surprise you in the best ways possible.

Naturally, you are going to have doubts about what you are capable of. You will wonder if you can really do this. But if you give up the story of having to "make it somewhere" and just show up "here" every single day, this life becomes a hell of a lot easier to live in.

So what will it be today? Fear or adventure?
