Do This, So When You're 80...

By Evan Sanders

We are all dreamers.

Many have lost their way over time. Others have understand that their darkness can help them create light. But in one way or another, we are all capable of doing amazing things.

We are all capable of doing amazing things if we truly believe in ourselves for once.

Because if we don't believe in ourselves, how are you ever really expected to do something you've never done before?

You won't accomplish it...without that belief.

It takes persistence, drive, belief, faith, and everything else in you in order to achieve something that has always been outside of your reach.

Combine that with a willingness to get through any and every obstacle that comes your way and you will become unstoppable.

Being scared is part of the process.

Good.

That's part of it.

Working with fear is as big of a part of dreams as the hard work or the belief. You have to be willing to work with fear instead of run from it in order to achieve those dreams and goals. Fear can be an incredibly powerful motivator if you let it.

So even if you're scared, do it anyways.

Do it because it will make your heart thrive. Do it because your soul will light on fire.

Do it because you know that going through the process will change you for the better.

Do it...

So when you're 80 and you're looking back on your life...

You can honestly tell yourself...

"At least I tried. At least I went out there on the field of life and did everything I knew I could in order to become everything I thought I could become."

So chase your dreams now so you never have to feel the sting of regret in the future. Put in the work now, as hard and as scary as it may be, so you can always know what it's like to live as someone who went for it instead of someone who failed to see it all the way through.
