The management should also be in constant communication with the employees. Owners can set up meetings that tackle the health and safety issues in the company. The engineers must also listen to the workers since they are the ones who are directly involved in the operations of the company.

Safety inspections are done through interviewing each employee. The signs of a business establishment that has a good culture are the reports of the heads and officers coincide with the reports of the workers. If the inspectors are witnessing that safety is a joint exercise, they will surely indicate that the certain establishment is practicing good culture. Responsible owners motivate their workers by making them feel important. After all, the quality of work of each person in the company will result in producing quality services and goods.
